Has anyone got a recommendation for good forecasting software I can use for a group of companies - some UK and some overseas?
I need individual forecasts and consolidated figures and will be preparing quarterly management information - with budge/actual variances from (currently) Sage and excel spreadsheets as provided by the client and their overseas accountants.
All information will be in sterling.
Currently we are using Sage Forecasting for our normal non group clients but as it is very old I am wondering if there is a better solution?

Castaway Forecasting seems to be the de facto replacement for Sage Winforecast.
For reporting you could consider Spotlight. They have a link to Sage which will do help do consolidated reporting and you can import forecasts (in excel format) to give you the comparatives required.
