We've about 5 clients (out of c30) who haven't yet received their June (for a few, May as well) furlough grants. For all of them, we've contacted the  HMRC helpline (who acknowledge the claim) and have them referred to Tier 3 technicians, but are yet to hear back (approaching their 10 day timeline),

Has anyone else had this happen & if so what was the outcome?
