Furlough income and distributable profits

Does furlough income form part of distributable profits?

Didn't find your answer?

Just checking - furlough income forming part of taxable profits for corporation tax purposes, I assume they also go towards distributable profits in the year.  Correct?

Aye. While shown as grant income, it's just covering part of the wages cost.

What're your doubts as to whether they're distributable?
