Furloughed Pay no paye scheme.

All employees below NI limit so no paye scheme operated

I have a client with a hairdressing business. She is a sole trader. Employees only work a few hours a week and she does not have a paye scheme.

She maintains records of all hours worked and full details of each employee.

I propose setting up a PAYE  scheme  to deal with furloughed pay.

What are others doing about such situations.

Too late.

The PAYE scheme must have been in existence before 28 February 2020.
