FHL of company owned properties

New company client has acquired or is acquiring various properties which are to be rented out as furnished holiday lets. Obviously the capital gains reliefs accruing to an individual will not apply but do the FHL rules on length of lets etc still apply to the company's activities.

Apply to what? How will it being a FHL , as defined by let length, available days, etc impact for CT?

Fire safety/regulation/maybe planning, Rates rather than Council Tax and VAT appear to be the only things that ought to possibly differ whether it is run as a FHL type operation or one that is mere residential letting.
