Futrli

Why is their customer service so poor? A rant as much as anything else, but I do need some help ...

Didn't find your answer?

I have 3 pretty major issues for a forecast that I'm doing:

1. The graphs & tables keep refreshing and dissapearing as an 'unrecognised object' so I have to duplicate the board & delete the original. This is happening ALL the time.

2. Whenever I try to print the report, it takes about 5 minutes to publish, but more often that not fails and I have to try again.

3. In the publishing processs, the P&L year headings go from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 in the software, to 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2025 on the PDF.

There's no support phone number, their webbot says 'we normally respond within a day', i've never had a response quicker than 3 hours.

This is just not acceptable when I'm trying to get some work done.

Does anyone know how to deal with any of the above (especially #3)?

Does anyone have a telephone number for support?

Thanks

Haven't used Furtli since they changed from Crunchboards - too much manual set up and intervention required with the product.

Assuming this is for Xero, I think you've mentioned you use them before, take a look at Castaway - it's significantly better in every respect for forecasting and for me is the de facto replacement for Winforecast (remember that - one of Sage's best products!?)

Thanks JT.

At the mo I only really do 1 at a time, so Futrli's £30pcm is better than Castaways' £75+£20=£95.

It does look good from what I've seen briefly - especially the own branding - if I start doing more, I will properly consider it and get a demo.

The pricing structure says 'unlimited forecasts' - presumably this is 'unlimited forecasts for unlimited organisations'? and the £20 for integration is a £20 for as many different Xero integrations as you need?

BTW, the time lag on publishing issues I was having was apparently due to my website cache so I had to empty that (if that's the right terminology), which also helped with the disappearing graphs. the 2024 ->2025 is 'just' a bug in the software that meant I had to get an Adobe DC subscription (£21 for the month - so (I'm getting closer to Castaway's price) to edit!!

There is more reporting software in the market than you can shake a stick at. If your not happy switch to, fathom, float, fluidly, spotlight Futrli or any of the other products. Life is too short to waste on things that don't work.
