All other areas are working fine but when I click on the "Get Authorised By a Client" link, it takes a while a then gives me an error message.
It would be useful to know if this is a universal problem or if i really need to call the online services helpdesk.

It seems to be broken. Typically I haven't needed to use this for months but now when I'd quite like to get something sorted fairly quickly, it's not blooming working.

Can't even get to the input code screen. 'Authorise client' link just goes to a screen showing "504 Gateway Time-out".
Yes me too. However I would call the help desk anyway so they know about the problem and can fix it.
same problem yesterday and still broken today - I have reported on the "is this page not working properly" link on the previous page.

Their response is beyond belief. Oh no, wait, we should not be surprised as its incompetent HMRC. They are aware of the issue, but not fixed it. You have phoned them and they havent fixed it. Yet they want lots of other people to ring them. Why can they not create a 'case' upon receipt of your phone call,. or indeed when they first became aware of the issue. Gawd, they are barking mad and driving the rest of us crazy too.
