My small practice has reached the point (I’ve gone from just me to me and 3 staff!) where I need to set up more formal systems for controlling work flow, ensuring target dates are met for Accounts, VAT and Tax Returns etc and to properly allocate staff time to jobs and clients.
At the moment I just use a simple master excel spreadsheet with work to do in red and work when completed in green! I need something a bit more sophisticated but still relatively simple to use.
Tempted by old fashioned T cards but I think the world has possibly moved on!!
