Has anyone had experience of working with Pandle

Have any acountants had experience of working with Pandle as a "Pandle Partner" or have client users

Didn't find your answer?

I have a VAT registered client company looking to move to cloud accounting to comply with MTD reporting from April 2019.  It's only a one man business and he really likes the look of Pandle from a cost perspective (Free or £5 +VAT per month for Pandle Pro).  Pandle offer accountancy firms the opportunity to become a "Pandle Partner" which appears to cost £2.50 + VAT per client per month.  Has anyone out there had experience of working with them?

I haven't but there have been several mentions on here in the past, have you used the search feature above?

I did a search before posting. The most recent discussion was back in September 2016 but there was no mention of Pandle Partners.

I take it from the absence of replies that there are no Pandle Partners out there!

Havent heard of them to be fair but will have a look when I get a chance. Be interesting to see if anyone uses them and what they think.

I downloaded the partners guide and can see no difference in the basic partnering to other providers, ie you get a client dashboard.

There is however a white labelling feature for partners (for £1,500 setup and £125 pm) where clients think it's your product, something I've never seen the benefit of as my clients are not stupid and know I don't code!

Unlike other providers though I can't find an accountants/bookkeepers directory, ie where people can go to find Pandle users or for us to find current users.

I do like the look of the features, so I'll be using one of my self employed clients as a guinea pig and considering the cost, if it's no good I've not wasted too much.

There are currently two missing features that I feel are essential in the way I work. 1=Integrated payroll, which is planned, at the moment they provide a payroll service for you. 2=Integration with document capturing/processing like Autoentry or Receipt bank. I've been told that one of these is planned.

I did make the mistake of getting the partners' guide through a link on the site, meaning I had to register my email address. This has resulted in 5 marketing emails in the past week and ignoring an email I sent them for more info that they finally responded to once I'd complained.

So if interested go direct to the guide if you're interested and save yourself regular contact from "Henry" https://www.pandle.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Pandle-Partners-Guid...
