Can anybody recommend any haulage scheduling software successfully used by their clients which in addition to invoicing the transport (plus digital POD) also enables the allocation of actual costs such as labour (employed and subbie) or materials.  The app 'My Trucking'  is very good for scheduling part but fails on the allocation of costs.

Icing on the cake would be to add POs to the job too.

My client uses Xero as their accounting software (unfortuantely Xero Projects manages the costs well but is not sufficent for the haulage scheduling aspect).

Any recommendations appreciated.   Approx 50 vehicle fleet.
