Whilst in the process of reconciling a client's year end PAYE one of my colleagues signed in to HMRC online services to obtain a summary of the client's PAYE payments made and allocated during the year, together with a balance of their PAYE account. However, the website has now changed to a new BETA (definitely not 'BETTER') service and the information being sought was...well....not visible. We tried looking through allsorts of menu options to try to find it but after a long wasted time eventually picked up the phone to the online services helpdesk. They advised that we could no longer access such information and that the only way of retrieiving any figures will in future be to telephone HMRC's employer's helpline to get the information verbally. Has anyone else had a similar experience or does anyone know of a way to obtain this informaton online?
