high earner tax return

accounancy fees deductible?

Didn't find your answer?

Hi, I think the answer is no to this but just in case anyone knows otherwise, client has to submit tax return, only has employment income, P11d and a portion of travel expenses to offset. Are my fees deductible?

Deductible from what? Are you proposing deducting your fee from his employment income? How would that work? Why does he have to submit a tax return? Even for high earners I can usually get HMRC to withdraw if everything is PAYE.

ANI > £100k

Or

ANI > £50k Child Benefit household and higher earner (though no mention of Child Benefit in original post)

Or

Expenses > £2.5k
