Higher Rate Tax Relief on NHS superannuation payments

Higher Rate Tax Relief on NHS superannuation...

Didn't find your answer?

Client is a self employed dentist working in a practice. He is a 40% taxpayer and pays standard and additional superannuation contributions which I have claimed as an expense in the accounts (BIM54020).

Can I also claim for tax relief at 40% on these csuperannuation contributions via his tax return.

Thanks

Phil

Not an expense as such

but should be claimed on tax return. I don't think BIM 54020 actually says they go through the accounts as an expense.
