It seems worse than usual, although one might have expected better, certainly by this stage of the reporting season. For about half my clients, the HMRC agent website shows no figure for a client's DWP pension, even when it appears in a coding notice. Is this the normal state of play? What is going wrong

It is getting worse. I not able to pick up state pensions from there either this year.
It's getting much worse.
In addition to no SRP showing online, when trying to bring any figures across automatically into SA software (employment, pensions etc.) I reckon only about 1 in 10 have any information this year, much worse than previous years.
Surely you wouldn’t rely on the info from HMRC anyway so what difference does it make?
Of course I don't, Tim. I was simply curious as to what extent a much touted system by HMRC turns out to be total rubbish. It seems to be mostly useless
I have never been able to see DWP pensions only pensions dealt with under PAYE.
I did not know they gave it.
I do get JSA though.
SRP ONLY available via online agents account -> NEVER gets downloaded via polling the Digital Tax Account with software.
PAYE pensions ONLY gets downloaded via polling the Digital Tax Account with software -> NEVER available via online agents account.
Both are unreliable for accuracy / completeness.
Thanks to Wanderer . I now can find state pension. Not obvious to me before. Will be very useful in first year state pension received.
Sadly, I find that the info is never available for the first year that the state pension is received!
They also often include just 1 week in the figure in the first year, even when taxpayer has had far more.
And if there is a change eg wife's pension increased due to husbands death, it doesn't appear for the year the change occurs!
