I use xero to submit clients CIS returns and verify subcontractors but due to an issue with Xero i am having trouble verifying a subcontractor, i decided to log on to my HMRC agent online account to verify a new subcontractor but all my clients are missing from the account. HMRC have said 'it is due to using third party software so i can no longer use the CIS services through them, also i can not verify over the phone. Xero are looking into the issue but has anyone come across there clients vanishing from the HMRC online account.

I use Moneysoft now but I just checked my HMRC agents account and all my CIS clients are still there and it let me access all the services

Does the Xero connection look to appoint user as the agent?
There can only be one agent
But lots of users and authorised persons
All of your clients? Or just CIS ones?
Check they aren’t removing your agent access, keeps happening to film when HMRC think agents haven’t paid their MLR fees
