HMRC Receipts for CJRS paid?

HMRC CJRS receipts available to show what has been paid?

Didn't find your answer?

Hi

I have been asked to provide copies of the actual HMRC CJRS claim receipts by our financial assistant.  She says we should have email receipts from HMRCor a summary generated from the HMRC system which notes the claim ref each month and the payment made.  I cannot find anything like this on the GGway site.  Please can anyone kindly advise me?

Thanks

Lizzie

When you claim you can print or PDF at the time, or on opening again the system lets you view and print/save prior claims
Not aware that the word 'receipts' makes sense as it is a record of a claim.
I have only ever received money
But I have saved a record of claims made

NEVER received or expected an email
Any idea why she thinks they exist?

I have assumed you made the claims yourself
If not get the PDFs from the person who made the claims
the Email address added to each claim will only get used in the event of dispute

If you go to the link to start a cjrs claim and start the process before you enter a claim period you have the option to view past claims.

You can take a copy of it there.

I only know this from an agent log in perspective, and although I am echoing Paul - when I go into making a claim, there is a hyperlink to 'view previous claims' (or words to that effect). This gives all the historical data you need.

You need to proceed as though you're going to make a claim to see this link; it isn't on the main page.

I've never received email confirmation for any of my claims, I just take a 'snip' of the submission reference and £amount to send to the employer along with claim calcs/staff claimed for etc - because no email is sent as confirmation.

What's wrong with the entries on the bank statements?

Thank you all so much for your help, as ever. I thought the bank statement would be the route because it proves receipt. The info on the system only shows the claim was made, not what was received. But now, thanks to you, I can provide her with what she has requested.

PS Paul - I have no idea why she thought I would receive emails!

There are things that I need to see documentation for and things that I don't.

CJRS claims fall into the second category.
