HMRC Satisfaction Survey

HMRC Satisfaction Survey

Didn't find your answer?

After a frustrating time filing  P35 's including waiting to get through to  the hot line for 15 mins, I received an e-mail containing the following item

To help HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) improve this service, please take a few minutes to complete the customer satisfaction questionnaire:

https://online.hmrc.gov.uk/shortforms/form/P35NilCSS?dept-name=&sub-dept-name=&location=1&origin=http://www.hmrc.gov.uk

Anybody feel brave enough??

HMRC surveys

I would be willing to fill in a "Dissatisfaction report" designed by me to list all the unpleasant things that had been done just to my clients over the last 2 years. But what would be the point? There doesn't appear to be anyone senior  making serious efforts to do anything about the problems many of us regularly face.

.

The mere fact that they call it a Satisfaction Survey shows just how out of touch with reality they are.

Does not seem to be to do with your problem anyway

It covers the "No return required" return made through http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/noemployerreturn

That works OK

HMRC Satisfaction Survey

Is this HMRC doublethink.  You slag us off if we don't provide a good service therefore if we don't provide any service it must be better. Hooray
