I have to set up a holding company structure for a client, something which I have not needed to set-up or advise on for a few years.
Is there any good research material that I can read up on the internet, or even any webinars that anybody could recommend on this to act as a refresher for me?
All recommendations, free and that may cost, are appreciated. Webinars are a preference.

Essentially an overview of everything, from things to consider upon incorporation and share exchange, potentially transferring assets, accounting disclosures to be aware of, etc.
I want to just refresh my understanding on everything relating to holding companies and group structures to be honest because I haven't done any for quite a while now.
