We’ve been a user and big fan of Hosted Desktop UK since 2014, but in the last few months have started to experience significant slow downs, unresponsiveness, power outage (today for the last 2 hours) and a general change in “being on it”.
Looking at Companies House, it appears the founders sold out mid Jan 19 and I’m wondering if the sale and the issues are connected.
Anyone else experiencing problems?

We've been with Hosted Accountants for maybe 6 months and have experienced the same problems as you, culminating in 1.5 hours downtime (and still going!) today.
Edit: Apologies my post should have read "Hosted Accountants" now changed.
We are with Hosted Accountants, and had an outage of a couple of hours today, following a similar event on 28 January.
Have Hosted Desktop - completely separate company - had similar issues, which is quite a coincidence? Or is it possible that the company names have been mixed up?
Disappointing that the Host is not communicating with customers to explain nature of service failure.
And steps being taken to rectify.

In response to the post and all of the comments, I'm happy to report that the issues experienced by James and his team were identified and corrected by our technical team. There was an application error specific to James' company, not associated with our Data Centre, that was causing a problem. Our team supported the 'fix' and CCM continue to be big advocates of our services.
I can confirm that we are not the same company as Hosted Accountants and the change in management has not resulted in a change in Data Centre. In fact, we have recently invested a significant amount in expanding our infrastructure as a result of continued growth.
