At about 17.30 today I got the message that I was being disconnected from my Hosted Desktop UK connection. This would normally be due to an internet problem, but the internet connection was fine. Ever since I've tried periodically to reconnect to the RDP connection and have received messages that RDP "can't find" the computer concerned. When I tried to login to the Hosted Desktop site that too was unavailable. Phoning them gets me nowhere.
