Hi, same for us. I posted a ticket on https://support.hduk.co.uk/support/home last night and received a reply around 9am this morning as follows:

Dear Customer

We are currently dealing with a number of offline servers due to a service outage. We are working as fast as possible to resolve this and will provide further updates when possible.

We appreciate your patience during this time and apologies for any inconvenience caused

Disappointing that their service status page has not been updated https://status.hosteddesktopuk.co.uk/ as we are completely blind with no email either.

Us too. Call to Support gets cut off with a "technical fault". Nothing on live chat. No ticket number yet for an email sent to support.

It looks like has been down since 21:00 yesterday, so a good 12 hours.

Agreed, its totally unacceptable. Email should be hosted somewhere else so at least if one goes down the other does not. Some users won't be able to receive updates from support ! This also came on the same day at price increases were announced and all this on the last filing day for SA and I am sure many practices will be mopping up the usual suspects to get the returns in to give them a chance of organising a payment plans if they need to ....

Yes we're down too. Although since coming in this morning we have access to our desktops and network files. TaxCalc is working as is web browsing - so it's just Outlook exchange that is still not up and running.

If not resolved/restored ASAP that's disgraceful!

The one thing worse than losing known data/files and access ... is losing unknown unknowns (i.e. no idea what wasn't sent or received).

We are back up and running now - came back on shortly after 9am.

Like anything IT related, things can go wrong but was a bit annoyed with the lack of communication.

Our emails are hosted by Microsoft365 so can access them through outlook.com and we use BTC Cloud so fortunately we are not totally paralyzed when Hosted Desktop goes down.

We're back online now with access to Outlook exchange, but it appears any emails sent during the black out have not been received.

Same for us, I have added to the support ticket to ask if the emails are in a queue somewhere or will they be lost?

Also, double check if you had any outlook 'out of office' automatic replies setup as ours were reset and had to be reapplied this morning.

At present, the HDUK status page has been updated to say HDUK was a victim of a ransonware attack last night. At present 75% of clients are back up and running.
