How about paying for them ? You might better say what you are attempting to do, because asking the wrong question pretty much will give you the wrong answer.

Spot on.

Once you get through to Companies House and ask which form to use, they'll probably just say "Eh?". Because there isn't one.

Who told you that?

Are you confusing this with the annual Confirmation Statement?

If you paid for the shares when you opened the account then they are paid up arnt they? Who would you like to tell?

Confirmation statement will show them fully paid. If you really wanted to tell someone you could file it early?

I'm slightly concerned someone with clients (according to last thread created) would be asking this question

Er no, that's wrong. Suggest you read when an RP02A can be used.

So you either posed an incorrect question here, missing out vital details.

Or you posed incorrect information to Co .house to get that answer.

Either way, just proves that you are making a dogs dinner of your DIY and building on crumbling foundations.

You clearly didn't bother reading people's responses.

You really should pay a professional
