You will need to look at the figures you've declared on the EPS of your Paye and check it against deductions on your remittances. I'm assuming you are a limited company given the lack of info you've given us. If so this deduction belongs to your company and is to pay your corporation tax. If you are a sole trader then you reclaim it through your self assessment. Did this not show up when your accountant did your accounts? You need to speak to your accountant as they should have the required details.
