I've been trying for most of this week but can't get the hang of doing either task efficiently and wonder if it's my age or that I'm missing something.
I have my main work Mac with screen (40 inch - for info rather than boasting) in front of me, and propped up on my table side chair is my 13 inch (far more manageable) MacBook Air showing the Djokovic & Gasqet match.
I just can't get the hang of number crunching and emailing with my fingers but watching the tennis with my eyes & brain.
How do others do this?

Hmmm....
I have the tennis on one screen, the cricket on the radio and laughable attempts at work on the second screen. At least the Gasquet/Djokovich match looks like a foregone conclusion. Probably completely give up come the Murray match.
Wasn't though!

Best match I've watched in quite a while.
Cricket is more
two screen friendly.
Work away until you hear the cheering, and look at the small screen to see the replay of the wicket/boundary/appeal etc. Even works on a 10" tablet
The problem is
you are using Mac's.
Get a couple of PCs and everything becomes easier and more up to date.
Cricket is even better if...
...you listen on Test Match Special...
...then with the time delay when streaming Sky Sports you flick over to see any of the good bits
Must admit though, work is 'difficult' at the moment!
Do what i do
Save the hassle and get a 50 inch flat screen TV installed with sky sports.
Thats what I have.
