How to accrue commissions?

I have a great understanding on how to accrue commission with sales people but for internal hires?

Hi everyone,

I am fully aware on how to accrue for commisions when it comes to sales staff, Dr Expenses (Commission and Bonus) and CR Accrued Comms. Would it be correct to use the same accounts for staff who hire internally and recieve comission on each successful hire or should I seperate these into seperate accounts??

I hope this makes sense.

Depends on what the person your are reporting to wants. Makes no difference unless they want to see it.
