I went through the rigmarole of changing my email address on Companies House this morning, complete with entering security codes. I was then invited to login again.
This led to error messages. So I used my old email address and I got in no problem and the record clearly shows the old email address.
What do you recommend I do to get the address changed that they don't tell you?

I found a telephone number to call. Apparently you can't change your email address, you have to set up a new account. I told them it would be helpful if they told you that online, but of course they couldn't possibly comment.
thats up there with the vat office being unable to change agents addresses on their systems (old agent account).

That being the reason they frequently use to justify their £gazillion salary - "I could be fired any day for somebody's errors or behaviour".
Never happens. I would be delighted if journos called them out when they spout such rubbish...but don't suppose that occurs to them

They're not there to be helpful.
They are 'civil' servants. They are always right. We are simply objects (previously subjects).
