How to pay directors after the end of the tax year

In the tax year my client did not report via RTI all the remuneration it now wishes to pay.

How can additional directors’ remuneration be proposed (and paid) after a company year-end, even if not flagged by RTI during the year?

In the current year, like it should be.

Changes of mind take effect from the date the mind was changed.

Sounds like you're too late.

But feel free to state your case more fully. In more than a sentence.

Any accrual for the additional salary/bonus would not be deductible for corporation tax since any bonus needs to be agreed before year end and paid within 9 months. So it is too late to vote a bonus now for the prior year so any additional salary would be deductible in the current year as advised above.

Isn't it time we had Deloreans and TARDIS tags for questions?
