I'm new to Autoentry /bank statements

Does it accept eg 10 statements in one scan?

Didn't find your answer?

I've got to wait 24 hours for my scan to be approved by Autoentry. My scanner put all 10 statements into one pdf. Will this be accepted or should I make sure that each pdf is uploaded separately?

Should be fine. We upload a (say) 5 page monthly statement PDF download file all the time.

Warning though, AE will charge you for every bit of paper even ones that they don’t put into the CSV etc format for downloading. , including the summary at the front, the wordy page at the back and the one that states the charges.

Thank you atleast. It's taken me quite some time to get a scan ready that doesn't have all this extra stuff and just the kosher statements could cost an arm and a leg.
But that just needs to be reflected in my charges.

I use AutoRec from the same company which is desktop based.
Regarding the non-financial information - just don't include those pages when using your scanner or use software like PDF Xchange to remove them from a PDF file.

Try swiftcsv.com. They are based in South Africa so they may have to create a template for your bank statement. But the fees are low and the conversion is fast and accurate as every line is balanced back to the previous line balance. Their back office will fix all problems or refund your fees. and you can try 5 BS pages for free
