Yes, going in through my Online Services for Agents Account (not the new Agent Services Account) I can access and populate q/e March '21 VAT returns. And I can still see a "Send" button.
All of which surprised me, because I'd imagined from this thread that it was a deceased parrot. Seems it can still move!
Continuing the Monty Python theme ... it seems like the HMRC service-naming team have been watching Life of Brian ("Judean People's Front" vs. "People's Front of Judea")!
I've just spent almost an hour on the phone to HMRC's alleged VAT helpline trying to change our agent's address. Now I can see from our own Gateway that our own VAT address has updated , but does that auto change the agent's address (which isn't visible when I log into our Agent's Account). Cue a lot of explaining that we don't act as our own agents; and that sending a 64-8 isn't going to help thank you very much as it's our address we want to change, not clients' addresses.
And on about my fourth time on hold while the adviser went to check matters with a grown-up, I was hung-up on!. I reckon it could be a Friday lunchtime drinking session to blame.

Today 15th April I can still access the old portal for two non-MTD clients with March '21 VAT returns to complete.
Can't you get in to anything, the whole design has changed but you can still file without MVD
