Does anyone know of an app that, say, a gardener, can use for recording cash received? All of the ones that I've found make you raise sales invoices first.
Ideally it'd be 1 app that also tracks mileage & expenses, but I know that that's pushing it!
For the e.g. gardener client, we use TripCatcher & AutoEntry but currently don't have anything to offer for recording the cash they receive.

Doesnt QBO self employed package do all this
1. Raises an invoice to record money received but you dont have to do anything with the invoice raised.
2. Plus it has inbuild mileage tracker and receipt processing software so you could do away with TripCatcher and Autoentry and save the cost for that.
Think if you are QBO partner you can get the package at 50% the retail price or you can get licences now at £1 for life.

I had ruled out QBO ages ago as I don’t like it for bkpg. I might have it for my app-only self-employed clients who just record I&E and no bkpg.

If it is of any help, I am looking at things like zoho forms to try and solve this and simliar problems.
