FLM makes me shudder with the memory of trying to get them to stop sending me marketing material and spamming me with phone calls to buy their products. I have no idea if their products were any good. Their business practices were so awful I didn't want to have anything to do with them.
I like Tax Cafe because I can read their books from cover to cover. Trying to do that with other tax books is beyond me.
FL-Memo books are good. However, if you buy one of their books as a one-off, they are infamous for sending a new edition every year and trying to charge you for it. For this reason I only recommend them if you want a new edition every year, or if you buy their books second hand.
