Serious question

Why do you always post these links without any commentary? You presumably think the case is interesting for a reason. Why not state that reason? You're much more likely to spark interesting discussion if you give people something concrete to discuss.

There are tax specialists on this website who will see why these cases are interesting without further comment. The fact that you do not fall into that category (and prefer to make dumb trolling comments) is not really my problem is it?

That is a stunningly evasive answer.

Yet you don't have anyone discussing them. Perhaps tax specialists (of which I may or may not be one) can't be bothered to read every case you throw up. But lets see if this is an anomaly.

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/interesting-cis-case-applyin... - Only reponse yours with another link

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/interesting-bare-trust-bank-... - Only response mine, which you claimed was trolling and refused to address.

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/useful-coa-et-case-re-ir35 - No responses

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/interesting-le-jr-case - Four responses. One is you making claims about the decision without referring to where they were made. One making the same request I did.

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/interesting-ca-case-re-marsh... - Two responses, one from you and neither about the case.

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/interesting-baxendale-walker... - Three responses. One from you and one from someone you named in the opening post (which doesn't discuss the case)

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/useful-case-on-whats-deliber... - One response, from you with more links.

So that's 7 similar question setups, all from the first page of your question history and most without responses. I would be interested to know why you think tax specialists are not clamouring to discuss these matters if you are so sure just posting the link is enough.

A further test might be whether the case gets picked up in TaxTV etc. I think this one might. It could be (or could become) of wider application.

What an; arrogant and ill-informed response?

Seems to me that humility, is not a strong point?
