Interesting ss 3, 10, 268 IHTA 84 case re pensions

Arden always seems to side with HMRC and I note she is now a SC judge, so HMRC will be happy about that presumably.

Dont you just love the law, The 2 other judges from Lady Arden agreed with her decision but for different reasons!

The most interesting thing about that case is the name of one of the representatives of the Respondents. Parents with a sense of humour.
