Limited company owner has contract that is inside IR35. The client has advised they will pay the invoice in full each month and limited company owner needs to pay the tax & NI themselves. They use Xero for payroll. Are they putting through income as a normal employee or is something different required?

Is the client a small company? This is the only way they can pass the responsibility to the subcontractor.
If you have ascertained that the income is within IR35 then you will have to calculate deemed payments on the income received.
