Hello,
I find IRIS Openspace very useful but, occassionaly, client's report a 'locked down for editing message'.
Does anyone know what causes this?

I think it means they have the document open somewhere, maybe in the browser or as a pdf. I tell the clients to close everything down and try signing again
It can be caused by people who, nearly thirty years after the invention of the world wide web, still double click links.
Slightly off topic, but
1. Quite often users will have difficulty logging in. The system simply goes back to the login screen. Normally clearing cache / history helps. But sometimes we simply have to ask the user to use another browser.
Anyone have similar issues?
2. Currently no notifications are going out, but all tests suggest everything is working perfectly. We are sending emails out via our own server and are not aware of any changes.
Anyone have a similar problem?
