Is anybody else being double charged by IRIS ?

Double charged subscription and threatened with legal action for non payment

Didn't find your answer?

IRIS elements have double charged me for a subscription and are threatening legal action for non payment.

I spoke to their credit control to explain the double charge, guess what ? - They are unable to raise a credit note.  What kind of business are they running?

I have rised a complaint again.  I wonder if anyone will respond?

They will just need to purchase a software company that has a sales ledger accounting module.

"They will just need to purchase a software company that has a sales ledger accounting module."

the problem is they will probably then automatically shut it down and move themselves over to their "chosen" inferior system before they can issue a credit note - creatures of habbit and all that.

Yes same here, overdue letter from credit control on the 12th Feb followed by two DD's taken on the 16th Feb.

I've rung up to sort it out and been told it can't be dealt with on the phone. I had to put it in writing to [email protected]. You need to include the Iris account number and the Taxfiler invoice number.

Don't suppose you know whether 28th of Feb is their year-end, or even just the end of the sales-commission year?
['Just get the double billing in now and sort it out later'.]

That may explain the instruction I got to cancel my direct debit and set up a new one, they're obviously having problems.

I got billed for my expired Taxfiler sub and they wanted me to pay for Elements as well. I certainly don't want to be paying for two Elements subs!

Pretty hopeless.
