Is anyone having issues with online filing?

Error message on taxfiler

Just trying to file a corporation tax return from Taxfiler and getting a message that the tax return has been rejected by HMRC with possible reasons being either HMRC Online Services User ID and Password not entered correctly or the company UTR is no longer valid.  The User ID and Password has not changed since my last successful submission yesterday and the UTR is definitely the correct one as I've double and treble checked it to my agents page and the notice to deliver a tax return so scratching my head as to what it could be.  Have emailed Taxfiler support but just wondered if anyone else had had a similar problem.

Yes. Not able to file Moneysoft RTI submissions at present. Same nonsense about incorrect password.

Moneysoft RTI was working fine here earlier today but sounds like it's a Gateway issue. Thankfully no urgent payroll submissions to do and the corporation tax return I was trying to submit is also not urgent but this sort of thing is such a pain!

And me.

Moneysoft isn't letting me file an FPS. I thought my user name/password had been corrupted but it's reassuring that it's HMRC and not me.

I phoned the online services helpline and they said they had an issue and were working to fix it, he said he had no idea how long it would take.

Yep - vat submissions through Xero failing using Agent credentials but ok using clients credentials.

I had a problem filing FPS submissions via Brightpay last night. Knowing that it's HMRC's fault brings a little comfort. I shall try again today.

Have not had to do any Taxfiler submissions since successfully filed the one I was having trouble with before the weekend. Moneysoft submissions today have all gone though fine
