I am trying to submit a payroll through Moneysoft, and get the message "The HMRC Transaction Engine has reported that the ID or password are incorrect". I have checked both, and they are fine. I then tried to log onto HMRC direct and got the "Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties". I am guessing that it is not a coincidence, but would appreciate the comfort of knowing that I am not the only one.....................

After tearing hair out over RTI submissions not processing all morning and re-installing the software, it's a comfort to read it's not just me having cracked up in January!
It says that the website is down for planned maintenance when you try to log in - but there is no planned maintenace listed on the service update page. You can't make it up.
