Is there a good Expense and Time tracker with QBO

I have a client that uses QBO and wishes to track time and expenses for employees and contractors, and to be able to link those to projects.

Does anyone have any suggestions for App add-ons?

Have you looked at Toggl? I'm using it un-integrated with any billing software as my time is all overhead, but I love it, and believe it works alongside QB etc if required.

I know that Intuit recently bought TSheets which is quite good at tracking time. It should have good integration with QBO as it's now owned by the same people.
