Is there any tax on dividend?

Tax on Divi's

Didn't find your answer?

I have a client who has two ltd companies. In company A client is a sole director and 100% shareholder is only company B.

In company B client is a sole director and 100% shareholder.

Company A made a profit 50K and paid divi's to company B. 50K transfer from company A to Company B as a divi's.

Is there any tax on dividens on 50K in Company A?

Appreciate if someone give me an advise.

Client needs an accountant familiar with the taxation of companies.

Google “Franked Investment Income”.

You sure?

This is such a basic query that you shouldn't be acting for these clients.

'Appreciate if someone give me an advise. '

Here are two 'advises' for you to appreciate.

1) Get an accountant, as I don't believe you are one.

2) Write grammatically and with correct spelling, so your questions can be understood. I can't make head or tail of your question.
