My moneysoft payroll software has suddenly stopped connecting to my email server! Nothing has changed to prevent connection. I have looked at my firewall which allows this software; I have changed email passwords; I have turned my computer off & restarted it; I have also tried using an alternative email address but I get the same message- Could not connect to the email server! - This issue has been happening since yesterday afternoon.
Is there currently an issue with Moneysoft or is there something else I need to try to resolve this?
