Issues with Kashflow bank reconciliations

Anybody else having issues with Kashflow Bank reconciliations?

We have had a number of issues now regarding bank reconcialitons in Kashflow, where starting balances for the current reconciliation does not match the closing balance of the previous reconciliation.  Now I have had this before where previouly reconciled items have been edited or deleted and have therefore become "unreconciled".  These are fairly easy to spot and easy to fix, but now I am having this issue more often with no obvious reason why.  We have had this both with our own records as well as a number of clients records too.

In some cases previous reconcilations are suddently out relating to periods years ago, for which transactions were locked and no evidence that the client has made any alterations to that period.

Our own current reconcialtion is out by over £4k with no obvious reason as to why. I am therefore wondering if anyone else has had any issues.

I have also had these problems with Kashflow. Also can't import CSV into Kashflow bank for Supplier payments.
Giving up on my Kashflow experiment!

I had the same and just took all clients off it in the end.

Kashflow support had no real answer for it other than to undo your bank rec and do it all again

Don't get me started about bank feeds, i've had so many issues with them, we don't use them any more.

At last I've found others also experiencing the same issues as myself. I've experienced this now coming up to 3rd/4th time and like Glennzy, Kashflow have no answer other than it must be something I've done. So we are also moving our client to something else. Incredibly frustrating!

We too have experienced the same issues, yet KashFlow deny there is anything wrong. Ever since IRIS took over the standard and quality of support has gone downhill!

Been using Kashflow successfully for 4 years so would consider myself an experienced user. However, I’ve just found the End and Start balance didn’t match when beginning this month’s bank reconciliation. Kashflow support can only suggest I delete EVERY reconciliation for the past 4 years and re-do them all! No explanation as to why it was necessary or what might have caused the error. I downloaded my audit-trail for the past 3 months and found nothing even close to the strange £20,000 error that they suggest I weirdly introduced in my 2015’s history. Totally lost confidence in Kashflow now. Re-creating 4 years history is bad enough, imagine having the same issue in another 4 years time, no thanks.

Happened so many times that our client moved to another software. I did though, unreconcile and rereconcile from the start and that helped a couple of times.
