Can somebody provide me with Jim Bob's email address please.

I got through to the ADL at 8am re an outstanding refund from 27 January.  The poor agent told me that all refunds are in a worklist and it is taking 6 to 10 weeks to get through it due to fraud.  He said he anticipates that all his calls will similar to mine and he can't help.

I have yet to be paid and there is no fraud.  There will be no repayment supplement as it is a refund of FICO.

My MP told me to get my client's MP involved but the MP line has been taken down.

I still can't migrate my VAT client to MTD.  I was recommended the OSH.  The agent I spoke to said the OSH have taken over re-setting passwords which the ADL could help with.

ahhhhh carter USM - Jim Bob is still going strong and was in fine form when i saw him last not so long ago . Hmmmmm i am guessing i have the wrong Jim Bob here - so i will go back to sleep.

It is still (surely), only a matter of time, before we should address “Jim Bob”, as Sir. The agency has form, for such expectations.
