Just like Paul Daniels it's vanished

Is there a way to speed up and authorisation code to enable me to send a JRS claim. The first claim was submitted with no problem  but now the payroll client  has vanished from my account.

The client is due to pay monthly staff  and for some reason they are no longer on my list. Is there a phone number or a way to speed up the code so I can submit the 2nd claim today.
