Keytime Cold Calling

Keytime Cold Calling

Didn't find your answer?

I have a problem with keytime cold calling despite being on the Telephone Preference Service.

Anyone else getting this?

Telephone Preference Service

Hello,

Quick note to say that Keytime does screen outbound calls against the TPS database.

If you could let me know who you are, we will delete you from the database.

Thank you

Anthony Boggiano (Keytime)

Keytime

You don't say how many times they've phoned you. In defence of Keytime, I get a courtesy (and courteous) call once a year and have had the benefit of a demo disk. It is clearly a relevant product for most of us and in my case I just wish I had the energy to move providers and save money in the process.

Keytime are a rare commodity

these days.

I've been with them for the last two or three years and they have retained; a very helpful and courteous manner. They do listen to those with direct experience in the profession and will act on (constructive) criticism.

If I threw the toys out of the pram everytime I was "cold called" I'd never be allowed anything sharp again!

.

I know I am an old grouch when it comes to cold calling, I find it very irritating to be interupted when its not a client which is why I dont normally pick up unless there is a real number on the display as its normally an dodgy overseas call centre.

In this case its more the fact that:

1. We do not use their products (we did very briefly several years ago)

2. I asked them to stop contacting us on several occasions which was in iteself a bit of a trial at the time as they kept on sending an 'current client' email out to us, despite clicking on the "take me off button" half a dozen times, and emailing them about it.

3. We are on TPS, and have been for some time, so they should check properly before cold calling.

No doubt its just me being a miserable so and so as my assistant is off and I am having to run about a bit this week.
