Keytime or Taxfiler?

..

Didn't find your answer?

I've acquired a block of fees off an accountant that used Keytime tax software. I am considering using Keytime myself (for CT & SA) on the basis that I should be able to restore the back up from his system into mine and therefore avoid the work of setting up each client individually.

However, when reading up on Keytime, it doesn't appear to be very popular. I currently use Taxfiler at my old office and, like many others, am happy with it. I know Keytime will be more expensive, but I don't mind paying a bit extra, if I'm gettng a superior product.

Can anyone offer an opinion?

Thanks

I am having a lot of problems with Keytime at the moment and looking to move away from them - their updates this year have caused lots of problems and things like WIP have not worked for months.
