I liked the really sarcastic comments about the very detailed sets of board minutes.

Such as decisions being made prior to the appointment of the advisors, and the lonely meetings with one attendee. It is almost as if they suspect the documents were created some time later.....

I read that the opposite way, thinking that the scheme promoter must have misguidedly thought that the robustness of the scheme was a function of the number of underlying BMs, but I see your point!
