Likely PAYE RTI Penalties?

Likely PAYE RTI Penalties?

Didn't find your answer?

Hey

I've a clown come to me who has registered for PAYE in 2015 and not processed their RTI. They have two staff paid circa £150 per week with no others.

What is the likelihood of RTI penalties being levied on bringing the account up to date? I note that HMRC are still doing their "soft" landing but this is taking the piss a bit and I am anticipating a penalty. Just want to make sure that I can compute potential penalties before quoting for the propsect.

Only decided to come to me because one of the staff is preggo and they want their SMP!

So I can outline what we will do and what the likely implications are.
