LLP Micro entity accounts template

Can anyone direct me to a template for LLP accounts under FRS105

Didn't find your answer?

Search AccountingWEB

I'm putting together the accounts for an LLP which owns a freehold and receives a princely sum of £200 per year ground rent.  I don't particularly want to pay someone to put together accounts for the LLP as the charge would wipe out any profit, and it's so simple...  Whilst I can find plenty of examples of micro-company accounts for Ltd companies, I can't find any for an LLP.  Is anyone aware of some I could refer to?

Many thanks

Hi

Did you manage to get this sorted and find examples?

I need to do our LLP micro accounts and struggling to find examples.

If you have an example I would appreciate seeing a copy please.

Thanks

I put some together with a fair amount of research, and have sent off to Companies House today... I will post again if they are accepted! I couldn't find any examples - I read through this https://www.frc.org.uk/Our-Work/Publications/Accounting-and-Reporting-Po... and and did my best. Fingers crossed!

The sort of things "important" to Companies House are things like an LLP whose name on Companies House might be "Example A.B.C. LLP" where the paper copy accounts are filed as " Example ABC LLP" (three missing dots gets a rejection). Accounts signed in blue ink have been known to be rejected as well.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I appreciate that the quality of filings vary enormously but as I was unable to find a template and the practising accountant I asked said they didn't do LLP accounts, I thought I would "have a go" (as a non-practising accountant). Clearly I'm just going to risk having my efforts shot down in flames, so what is the point in trying to be helpful?

It is unfortunate that there is not an online filing faciity for LLP accounts as there is for Ltd Cos. I think that the point is that Companies House priorities are nit picking on dots, brackets, capital letters, etc. (colleagues of mine recently picked up on paper filings re these items with would have been a non-issue had they used online filing).

In theory commercial software should assist with the more important techie matters for LLP accounts like section numbers, declaration paragraphs, form and content.

...if there were an online filing facility then I would not have started this thread! Apparently they have plans to develop one...but not just yet I guess....

Do you know whether your accounts were accepted?

I'm in the same situation as the person who started this thread - a tiny LLP for which I need to file the accounts, but can't find a precedent of micro-entity accounts for an LLP.

Any help would be very gratefully received!

Hi, I've just realised I need to file accounts for my tiny LLP too, could you possibly let me have a look at the accounts you submitted? I seem to have around 7 days left to file - do you know if they can be filed online now? The letter from Companies House suggests they can. Many thanks

How did things work out? I'm in the same situation and am as well in need of an LLP micro accounts template.

Many thanks for posting this template, hugely useful for me.

Does this mean there is no need to include in the balance sheet items for member drawings and member funds invested?
What exactly was shown under 'Members' other interests'?

THanks for your help.

Does anyone want to share his accounts as an example maybe through a private message?
I am making them for the first time. The template here is useful but seeing a real-life example with data and that was approved would be very useful
