Ltd Uk but operations in EU

Hi, how are the rules ?

Can someone tell me the rules when an LTD uk has a warehouse in An EU country,  what are the liabilities to the EU country as no taxes due there?

Could you possibly be a little more vague?

The expression "an LTD" really gets up my nose for some reason.

I'm too sensitive, that's my problem.

Agreed - it looks horrible. However, if you pronounce it as written it is correct. Try saying "a L-T-D". That sounds as horrible as the alternative looks. But either is in keeping with the standard of the OP's website.

Might refer to the Ford LTD automobile.

"But either is in keeping with the standard of the OP's website"

Is there no pride left, in some areas of this once great profession? Obviously checks aren't a priority when placing something in the public domain.

I recently took over a client and, during the professional clearance process, I was advised that "I should chill". When the client spoke to her previous accountant, the call was ended with the word "sweet"! My dear old boss would turn in his grave.

Are you confident that there are no tax liabilities in the other EU country?

I am amezed at the numbers of usless posts. It doesn’t matter if an entity, incorporated or ltd meaning is use. We get to the point and we add value to a constructive input, rather than moan, forse dovrei parlarvi più sodisficatamente visto che tiamo parlando con professionisti con molta esperienza nel dire franzullate. Bene per tutti

You've put more effort into this than your original post.

As I understand it, the rules are very well, but thank you for enquiring about their wellbeing.

I think that if an LTD uk has a warehouse in An EU country, they should not have any EU liabilities, assuming of course tha they don't have any goods in the warehouse.
